Perched on the slope of the hill from which Parzanica overlooks Lake Iseo, with a view of the island of Montisola and the mountains on the Brescia side of the lake, Cherubino 2 is a holiday home that lacks nothing: light, quiet, space, comfort. With a terrace offering breathtaking views and a swimming pool for the summer.
In presenting the three-roomed Cherubino 2 apartment, it is difficult to identify which aspects to emphasise as strengths: this holiday home overlooking Lake Iseo really does have everything a family or two/three couples of friends need for a holiday. First of all, the space: it is 65 m2 well distributed over two floors, with the living room with open kitchen and first bathroom downstairs and the two bedrooms and second bathroom upstairs.
The environment is modern, clear, clean, but certain details - such as the wooden ceilings with exposed beams impregnated in white - help to warm it up and add a rustic touch to the linear and functional style of the furnishings.
The light wooden staircase leading to the rooms also pushes in this direction.
The presence of natural light is another important element. Facing south-east, from the morning the flat receives light from the large glass windows: the windows in the bedrooms, the large French window in the living room that opens onto the terrace. This, as you can clearly see from the pictures, is a springboard to the blue: a real extra room in fine weather, allowing you to dine al fresco - thanks to the furniture present - or to relax while enjoying the incredible view offered over the lake and the surrounding mountains.
The room of which this terrace is the natural extension is the living room, which has a large three-seater sofa (convertible into a sofa bed) placed in front of the smart TV, a little further on is the dining table behind which is the fully equipped kitchen: sink and hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave oven and various small appliances (coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle).
Also on the ground floor, with access in front of the wooden staircase, is the first bathroom, with sink, toilet, bidet and shower stall. It is here that the washing machine is also located.
Going upstairs, which also has the advantage of allowing the living area to be separated from the sleeping area, we find the two bedrooms. Both are equipped with wardrobes, mirrors and double beds. One of the two in particular enjoys exceptional fenestration in front of the bed and low to the floor: dreaming of flying over the lake will be much easier from here.
The bathroom on the second floor, with a toilet, bidet and sink, concludes the visit.
The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a private covered garage.
The communal swimming pool is open from 1 May to 15 October, from 08:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 23:00.
Access is permitted to residents only and you must respect the rules of hygiene and behaviour set out in the condominium regulations. The use of headphones is compulsory.
