It is a large comfortable apartment, situated in the centre of Reading, all manner of shops are available on your doorstep, only a 2-minute walk from Reading central station.

It includes a Hisense Smart TV, free wi-fi, cosy sofa and cushions, coffee table, and a dining table with 4 chairs. -- Kitchen -- The open kitchen is well equipped with cutlery & utensils, pots & pans along with all the appliances you will need during your stay, including blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hobs, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, and washer. -- Bedroom -- One double bed -- Bathroom -- Bath, shower, basin, toilet Our professional housekeeping team changes and provides fresh bed linens between guests, including duvet covers, bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and hand towels.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
