Charming independent farmhouse of about 100 sqm, perfect for 4 people, structured on two levels (second floor accessible by stairs).
The property is a Rustico dating back to the 19th century, completely renovated, and is located in the heart of Val Metauro, one of the main valleys of the Marche, in an area surrounded by greenery but only 15 km from Urbino.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a private land of about 1000 sqm!

Perfect place to stay for vacation, you have the whole house just for yourself, big garden and beautiful hills around. Just 30 minutes to Fano beaches.

mooie vakantiewoning met zeer goede keuken en badkamer. we misten echter een persoonlijke touch. en voor lezers zou een goede leeslamp nuttig zijn, zeker buiten het hoogseizoen.
we konden de deuren niet openlaten omdat er vijf jonge katten rondliepen die probeerden binnen te geraken. Af en toe kregen we een grote hond op bezoek. De laatste dag hebben we de uitgehongerde katten eten gegeven.
