With its nautical theme, this charming and bright 3-bedroom property with private pool, located in the popular Puerto Calero Marina, provides you with the ideal setting to relax and enjoy the Lanzarote sun. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac less than a 5-minute walk to the exclusive Marina with its wide selection of restaurants, bars, designer shops, supermarket, and weekly market.
Accommodation Interior:
The front doors open into the spacious entrance hall, along with a cloakroom, and leads into the open plan lounge & dining room that overlooks the pool and garden.
Bedrooms:
1. Master bedroom with twin beds (made as a double with mattress topper), extensive fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps plus ceiling fan and air-conditioning.
Patio doors lead out to the terrace with two comfy chairs and a table. 2. Twin beds with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, and air-conditioning. 3. Twin beds with fitted wardrobes, bedside table with lamp, and air-conditioning. Bath/Shower Rooms: 1. En-suite to Bedroom 1. WC, bidet, twin basin vanity unit, and bath with separate shower. 2. En-suite to Bedroom 2. WC, bidet, walk-in shower, and double basin vanity unit. 3. En-suite to Bedroom 3. WC, bidet, walk-in shower, and double basin vanity unit. Kitchen: Bright and well-equipped with built-in stainless steel electric oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine (filter & Dolce Gusto), toaster, fridge freezer, and dishwasher.
A door leads to the utility room with washing machine, iron & ironing board along with a good outdoor drying area. Living Room: The open plan living & dining room is tastefully decorated, and with patio doors opening onto the pool and garden, the room has plenty of natural light.
There is a generously proportioned L-shaped sofa and a large 2-seater comfy sofa.
The lounge features a 65" Samsung TV with Mag box (internet TV including BBC/ITV/CH4/5/Sky Channels plus much more and also an option for other languages). There is also a Bluetooth Sound Bar and WIFI.
For those cooler winter evenings, a Pellet Stove Heater will provide all the warmth you need. Dining Room: Contains a rectangular dining table with 6 chairs and two high wooden stools & table. Accommodation Exterior: The enclosed garden and pool area have ample sunbathing terraces with sunbeds around the rectangular-shaped private pool, a parasol, outdoor shower, and cloakroom.
Just outside the living area is a covered terrace furnished with a seating area with 4 chairs and a table for relaxing in the shade, plus a dining table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining.
