La vicinanza al mare e l ottimo panorama. Solarium molto ampio e terrazzino vista mare ottimo per cene all aperto.
Pulizia discutibile del locale in arrivo. Difficoltà nel raggiungere chiavi ed appartamento causa chiusura dei principali accessi.
