Cosy 50 sqm flat with balcony, sleeping up to 3 people, located on the 2nd floor of a period building (NO lift).
The apartment is located in the picturesque village of Marola, a seaside hamlet of La Spezia.
The hamlet is well connected to the centre of La Spezia, making it an ideal base for exploring the city and nearby Porto Venere. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The interior space is divided as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHEN CORNER (gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, microwave, toaster and various cooking utensils), island with chairs, TV, fireplace (not usable) and single sofa bed (which can easily accommodate 2 children), access to small balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe; - BALCONY (access from living room); - BATHROOM with shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: unlimited wifi, 2 fans, independent heating, wires for hanging laundry on the balcony, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. ATTENTION: - NO LIFT: there are stairs to reach the flat; - NO A/C; To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti, la casa era pulitissima e dotata di tutti i servizi, essenziali e non.
l'host è sempre stata disponibile e cordiale.
la casa si trova in un area tranquilla, per raggiungere la spezia è necessario prendere un autobus che ci impiega 15minuti ma che passa frequentemente, stesso discorso per portovenere.

No tiene aire condicionado y en pareja en la cama muchísimo calor da dormir mal, quedé 8 día y no me cambiaron la toalla y ni tenía cambio por la cama.
