The apartment is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The kitchen features a practical dining area, ideal for shared meals. The cozy living room invites you to relax with a large couch and is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a sound system to make yourself comfortable.

The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub for relaxing moments. A washing machine is also available.

The bedroom is furnished with two single beds, allowing for restful sleep.

Additionally, the apartment has its own carport parking space and a nice large terrace with a seating area, sun sail, large standing table, and 2 sun loungers.

The apartment is located in the Lemgo district of Lieme, in a charming old brick building on the first floor.

It is situated in the heart of Lieme and is ideally connected to the public transport network, with a direct city bus connection to Lemgo. Additionally, it is close to the cycling network and conveniently accessible to Bad Salzuflen, including its exhibition center, reachable in about 15 minutes by car. A bakery is just around the corner and can be reached in only five minutes on foot – perfect for daily needs.

Payment is made by bank transfer; for bookings longer than 1 month, payment is made monthly in advance.

Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 6 PM. Check-out is possible between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in a timely manner for arrangements if necessary.

The key handover takes place in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement if necessary.


For stays longer than a month, a deposit of 500 euros is required, which must be handed over in cash in an envelope labeled with the tenant's name. This deposit will be refunded upon leaving the apartment (broom clean), provided there are no damages to the apartment's inventory and the key has been returned.

The key handover takes place personally and/or via key safe directly at the accommodation.
