A simple and practical 40 m² accommodation designed for up to 4 guests: • Ground floor (easy access) • 1 double bed on a mezzanine (ideal for children/teens) • 2 sofa beds in the living room • Natural ventilation + fans • Thick walls = excellent thermal and sound insulation • High-speed internet connection and flat-screen TV Equipped kitchen: • Fridge and freezer • Microwave, hob • Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster • Full set of dishes and kitchen utensils "• Bed linen & towels provided – beds made on arrival • End-of-stay cleaning included • Welcome kit provided • Wi-Fi included • Easy, free parking nearby • Not suitable for people with reduced mobility • Cleaning is included Security deposit required • A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property • You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in • This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit • If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property" Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring total privacy and independence throughout their stay.
