This 25 m² studio in Valras-Plage can accommodate up to 2 guests.
It features a terrace with outdoor furniture, a washing machine, electric heating, air conditioning, a TV, and an outdoor parking space in the same building.
The induction kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils and a coffee maker, so you can easily prepare your own meals. REF: 176 Guests have full access to the studio, the private terrace and the parking space located in the same building. "• Not accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM) Cleaning is included Security deposit required • Security deposit required • A security deposit will be required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation from 150 EUR depending on the property. • You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in • This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit • If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property" ----- Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay.
