We are on the ground floor of an early twentieth century building in a quiet street in Oltrarno area, in front of the Torrigiani Garden, one of the few large green areas still surviving within the walls, whose astronomical tower can be admired from the windows.
Recently renovated and furnished with care, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with all the comforts that will make your holiday an experience to tell.
The apartment is comfortable and welcoming, an ideal place to relax after a day exploring Florence.
Entering the apartment leads to a small entrance and from here to the living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a sofa bed, TV, a beautiful sideboard, a small bookcase, glass table and chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner, whenever you want.
The kitchen leads to the courtyard furnished with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the coolness on hot summer days while sipping a glass of good wine.
The apartment also has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, both furnished with a wardrobe, armchairs and chest of drawers.
The bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

Clean, safe, and quiet. Everything is within easy walking. The host was very easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful when we needed anything. The park just a block away with a playground, a basketball court, and a soccer area made our stay easy with kids.

The nightstand is a bit too small, and there aren’t enough outlets to charge our phones and other gadgets near the bed. It’s also a tad far from the station for our quick trip around town.

The apartment was old and needs some upgrades. The bathroom was a throw back to earlier times. The toilet was the old water tank on the wall and it ran water constantly and there was an odor.
