This fantastic villa is tastefully decorated and features a large L-shaped living room (120 m²) with a modern seating area, a flat-screen TV (65 inches) with 150 channels, Wi-Fi and Netflix. There is a dining area with 12 chairs and a spacious open kitchen with a fridge, freezer, induction hob, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven and washing machine. The property is fully air-conditioned (8 air conditioners), ceiling fans in every room and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation.

The villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds, 4 queen beds and 2 king beds. Two bedrooms have a 55-inch TV. There are 4 ensuite bathrooms, including 1 separate bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, daily complimentary shampoo and shower gel.

From the living room, you walk through sliding doors to the terrace (70 m²). Here you will find a private pool (10 x 10 x 10 metres, L-shaped) and a beautiful garden with 6 sunbeds for a relaxing stay. Our large outdoor dining area offers plenty of shaded seating, perfect for barbecue evenings.

The villa is set on a 1,200m² plot with beautiful gardens, the largest private plot you will find in Pattaya. There is 24-hour security on the property with night surveillance.

Within walking distance of the villa, you will find many supermarkets, a 7-Eleven, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

On arrival
Upon arrival, the beds are made, there are 4 towels for each room and we welcome you to the villa to give you the keys and all information. The fridge is filled with 24 bottles of FREE drinking water on arrival. We provide free shampoo and shower gel in each bathroom daily.

Daily cleaning
We have a daily cleaning service, our cleaners come by every day to clean the house for you. After 6 nights, we provide the beds with clean sheets and change the towels.

In the villa you will find an information folder with information on restaurants, bars, golf courses, supermarkets, tours and the many attractions in and around Pattaya.

The neighbourhood
There is 24/7 security and night surveillance on the property. The property is close to a main road with plenty of good restaurants and bars, including an Irish pub, a supermarket, a fresh market, a German bakery (fresh bread every morning), ATMs, shops and massage parlours, all just a few minutes' walk from the villa.

Private taxis ervice
The villa has a private taxi service. Our driver will pick you up at the villa and take you to the beach, town, supermarket, restaurants or any other place you want to visit. All prices for this service can be found in the information folder in the villa. Grab and BOLT taxis are available within minutes.

We have a taxi service to pick you up from the airport or Bangkok. The cost depends on the number of people. Send us a request and we will send you the prices after your booking.

Electricity is not included in the rental price. The meter will be taken on arrival. The cost is 8 baht per kWh. Water is free of charge.
