Welcome to Villa Ida, a comfortable 4-star holiday apartment – ideal for couples and anyone looking for cosy accommodation with beautiful views and practical amenities for a relaxing stay.
The 45 m², 2-room apartment was fully renovated in 2020 and is located on the first floor.
It features a separate bedroom and a bright living area.
The well-designed layout and modern furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere where you can feel at home from the moment you arrive. The living area features easy-care tiled flooring and invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa and armchair.
A digital TV and radio provide entertainment, while central and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate even on cooler days. The open-plan kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area and fully equipped for self-catering.
A ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle provide everything you need for a leisurely breakfast or relaxed meals during your stay. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and hairdryer.
A shared washing machine is also available.
A vacuum cleaner, smoke detectors and privacy screens on all windows provide additional convenience and comfort. One of the highlights of Villa Ida is the covered balcony with an awning and sun loungers.
From here, you can enjoy impressive views of the lake, the beach and the surrounding mountains – a lovely place to spend peaceful moments in the fresh air. Public transport is approximately 200 metres away, while shops, the town and the lake can be reached within around 3 kilometres.
