A prepayment of 50% is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.

This stylishly renovated one-room apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay for two within its 28 square meters. The open living area features a cozy double bed and invites you to relax while enjoying the view of the Main River. A new, high-quality kitchenette allows for the preparation of small meals, while the dining table with two chairs provides an ideal spot for shared meals or working. The bathroom includes a comfortable walk-in shower, completing the well-thought-out layout. Conditions/extras
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is possible until 12:00 PM. Alternative check-in and check-out times can be arranged upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if needed. Access to the house and the apartment is keyless. You will receive the code for the corresponding combination locks in good time before your arrival. Pets are not allowed. Events or parties are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. No playing of musical instruments or commercial photography. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
