The 63m2 apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift.
Internally, it is organized as follows
-LIVING ROOM with sofa bed that once opened is divided into 2 single beds, flat screen TV and access to the large covered TERRACE with outdoor furniture, awning and view of the hills and the shared outdoor pool
-KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine
-BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe
-BATHROOM with bidet and bathtub
Additional services available to guests: portable fan, SHARED outdoor pool open seasonally (June/September), independent heating.
Private parking in the garage (4.4m length, 2.7m width)

Please note that wearing a swim cap is mandatory in the shared outdoor pool.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Bordighera, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 6 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Located in the province of Imperia, in the western end of the western Ligurian Riviera and a few kilometers from France, Bordighera is a city on a human scale and with different facets and for this reason it manages to make every visitor fall in love with it.
If it is true that there are no symbolic monuments like in other Italian towns, this Ligurian municipality surprises the well-preserved medieval nucleus and an elegant atmosphere that has no equal in Liguria.
The Bordighera railway station overlooks the coast and therefore I take advantage of it to start my tour from here. The underpass allows you to reach the "Argentine seafront" directly from the tracks.
The beach of Bordighera is pebbly and, thanks to the clear water, has been awarded the Blue Flag for several years.
From the benches facing the sea you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Ligurian coast, in particular of Ventimiglia and the Mortola Inferiore hamlet, and of the French Riviera, with Menton and the Principality of Monaco. On the other hand, Bordighera is less than 15 km from the border.
We recommend reaching the apartment by car, since the apartment has a private parking space in the garage and the beach and the city center can be reached by car in just 7 minutes.
On foot, you need to walk for about half an hour to reach the beach and the train station.
