Villa di Carmen is a comfortable vacation villa in the countryside of Castrignano del Capo, just a few minutes from Santa Maria di Leuca and the sea. The villa features a spacious garden and large, elegantly furnished rooms.
The garden includes a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and parking. Amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a TV, mosquito nets, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric oven, a coffee maker, and more. Villa di Carmen sleeps up to 9 guests.
Pets are allowed.
Villa di Carmen, a 9-bed vacation villa in Castrignano del Capo Villa di Carmen is a detached villa surrounded by a large, well-kept green garden.
The entrance patio is furnished with a table, chairs, and a parasol for al fresco dining, including delicious barbecues. The garden also features lounge chairs for sunbathing, a beautiful shaded veranda with an outdoor seating area, and a covered garage with space for two cars. The villa?s interiors are bright and welcoming, elegantly furnished.
All rooms are spacious and airy.
The living room features two sofas?one of which is a single sofa bed?a stereo system, and a TV. The dining room, featuring a fireplace and TV, is adjacent to the well-equipped kitchenette.
There is also a small laundry room. The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, one of which has air conditioning.
The other three bedrooms are cooled by the split-system air conditioner located in the hallway. The villa features 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower stall. The surroundings of Villa di Carmen in the Leuca area Villa di Carmen is located in a residential area in Castrignano del Capo, a small town in Lower Salento just 3 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and only a 5-minute drive from other beautiful seaside destinations such as Marina di Novaglie, Ponte Ciolo, Cala di Acquaviva, and the small beaches of San Gregorio di Patù and Felloniche. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. -Air conditioning available in only one room
