The space is compact and ideal for one person but can accommodate up to two adults.
When the trundle is in use the two single beds sit side by side and space becomes very limited; guests are asked to tuck the trundle away each morning.
The kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and a 9-in-1 multi-cooker.
A ceramic single stove is available on request.
Additional features include a TV, iron with ironing board, a wardrobe with drawers, and a small table with two chairs.
The shower room has a toilet, sink and electric shower.
There is no dedicated parking; on-street parking is limited, and a public car park is also nearby.

Great value small flat in excellent location. Caught an open top bus from the end of the road over the ferry to Studland. Otherwise, the local beach is a 3 min walk. Cinema, shops and restaurants all within a 3min walk too.
