A stay at Villa Iapicca enables guests to enjoy memorable moments of relaxation and pleasure.
The 450 sq. m interiors of the villa extend over two floors interconnected by a marble staircase and a fine wood gallery leading to the bedrooms.
A recent renovation project has restored the villa to its original splendour, while preserving the unique charm of exposed wood beams, terracotta floors and antique furniture pieces interspersed with elements of modern design.
With plenty of spacious living areas and 7 double bedrooms with their own bathroom, air-conditioned throughout and equipped with Led flat screen TV, Villa Iapicca makes the ideal getaway for numerous groups and important events.
Amenities: private parking, outdoor Jacuzzi, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet throughout, flat-screen TV, satellite channels, barbecue, wood-burning oven, complimentary bath kit, hair dryer.

The Villa Pianoia was beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 7 adults, allowing enough space for all. The grounds are amazing and all rooms were well-equipped. Elena welcomed us and helped us out throughout the week - such great hospitality. We had an amazing dinner prepared by Daniele on our first night that set the tone for a pleasurable week. Thank you!
