Rental rules

A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 11:00.

A security deposit of 2.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.

Villa Esplendida is a modern construction, that has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and can host up to 8 people is located just few meters away from the sea and a short drive away from Punta Prima. The Villa has incredible sea views. It is built on one level, the exterior sliding doors offer total privacy. The outdoor space of the villa features a private swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols, and there is a covered terrace with BBQ that will allow our guests to enjoy unforgettable moments.
