Villa Maia located on Lido di Noto walking distance to a beach with a wonderful sea view and a terrace with a jacuzzi bath
Villa Maia is a lovely Villa set in a residential area, just a few steps away from the beautiful Scoglio Bianco sandy beach.
What makes the villa incomparable are its outdoor spaces directly overlooking the sea with a direct access to the sea and its rocky shoreline. You can relax yourself in the jacuzzi and enjoy the sun lie down your sun loungers, listening the sound of the waves.
All spaces are well-organized and it is furnished in a contemporary and elegant style.
Villa Maia features on the ground floor a bright living room with kitchen, a master bedroom with sea view and en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower.
The Villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine.
From the Villa – located in Noto, 35 km south of Syracuse – you can easily reach Vendicari nature reserve Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero.

Our stay at the Villa was perfect. It was exactly as in the pictures, super clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It is possible to swim in front of the house, which was amazing and peaceful. If you prefer to go to a beach or rent beds, on 2 mins by walk you find it. We also used the BB...
