The apartment spans 2 floors (ground floor + 1st floor), with a private entrance and a private parking space (outdoors). Further details: - Early check-in and late check-out available upon request and subject to availability - Non-smoking property - Pets are not allowed - The stay is subject to a tourist tax of €3.60 per person/day - Security deposit is required only for the first stay (waived for regular guests) General: The ground floor = entrance hall, washing machine space, wardrobe, stairs. The 1st floor = includes: 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen with dining area. 1 shower bath, 1 balcony.
