We present you a unique two-room apartment, located in a privileged position right in the heart of Marina di Campo, a stone's throw from the crystal-clear sea. Imagine waking up every day with the scent of salt in the air. Two-room apartment (2/4 beds) Located on the first floor of a quiet building in a residential area without a lift, this bright apartment of about 55 square meters welcomes you with a large living room equipped with a modern kitchen and a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for hosting up to four people.
The double bedroom guarantees relaxation and privacy, while the bathroom with window is very spacious and is equipped with a shower and offers you all the comfort you need after a day at the beach.
Location information: - in the center; 150 meters from the seafront Distances from the beaches: - 150 meters from Campo beach - from Procchio beach: 6 km; from Cavoli beach: 6 km; from Seccheto beach: 7 km; from Fetovaia beach: 10 km Internal services of the apartment: - gas burners; LCD TV; refrigerator with freezer; small balcony; air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom; parking space; washing machine and outdoor shower shared with 4 other apartments Important Notes: - check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - group of Young People under 21 years old are not allowed - pets not allowed - deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00) - bed linen and towels not included: can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or can be brought from home; not bookable on site Key collection information: Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service.
