Are you looking for a large and well-equipped holiday home in a quiet area? This luxurious holiday home for 18 people and 2 dogs is located in a quiet and secluded side street – perfect for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature.
With a living area of 250 m² and 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house is ideal for large families who want to spend a relaxing holiday together.
Divided into five rooms with double beds and two bedrooms with 2 bunk beds each, there is a place for everyone to sleep.
The open floor plan and direct view from the living room to the pool area allow you to keep an eye on the children while they swim and play. Amenities for a comfortable stay: Indoor pool and whirlpool for 7 people Infrared sauna for relaxing hours 3 modern bathrooms with underfloor heating Fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave and much more Modern amenities and sustainable solutions The house has an energy-efficient heat pump, a pellet stove, underfloor heating, a washing machine, a dryer and a large freezer with a capacity of 196 litres Luxurious and spacious holiday home The holiday home is located on a 3,500 m² natural plot, approx. 2,500 metres from the beach and 1,500 metres from the nearest supermarket.
