The holiday atmosphere begins the moment you arrive at the spacious and inviting holiday home at Per Knoldsvej 28D. Completely renovated in 2025, the house accommodates up to 8 guests, and 1 pet is also welcome – perfect for enjoying time together and taking long walks through the beautiful nature surrounding Blåvand.
Plenty of space for quality time
At the heart of the holiday home is the well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and induction hob, making it easy to prepare delicious holiday meals.
Gather around the long dining table for dinner, a board game on a rainy day or to plan your next adventures in the area. When it is time to relax with a good film, an exciting book or simply enjoy each other’s company, settle into the large sofa in the living room.
The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the surrounding nature as well as direct access to the terrace.
On cooler days, the wood-burning stove provides warmth and a cosy atmosphere.
And who knows – you might even spot some local wildlife outside. Guests of all ages can also enjoy a quiet moment or an afternoon nap in the cosy alcove.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the alcove. Recharge your batteries at Per Knoldsvej 28D For the ultimate wellness experience, head to the pool room, where both an indoor swimming pool and spa await.
Here, you can swim, play or simply relax in the warm water. At the end of the day, 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms provide a peaceful place to rest.
Two bedrooms have double beds, while the other 2 each have 2 single beds.
Please note that the TVs in 3 of the bedrooms can only be used for streaming via Chromecast, PlayStation or a similar device. The house has 2 spacious bathrooms with underfloor heating, making mornings extra comfortable.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for your holiday laundry. Wonderful outdoor space on spacious natural grounds Outside, the terrace offers several sheltered spots where you can relax while the children enjoy the swings and sandpit.
A patio heater allows you to spend time outdoors even on cooler days. For an extra touch of luxury, unwind in the outdoor spa and let the warm water soothe your muscles.
Enjoy it after dark beneath the beautiful starry sky over Blåvand for a truly memorable holiday experience. Blåvand’s shops are just over 1 kilometre away, making it easy to stock up on groceries.
Back at the house, the additional 60-litre freezer provides extra storage for your supplies. The beautiful sandy beach is only approximately 900 metres away, perfect for walks by the North Sea and days spent enjoying the fresh sea air. For local attractions, visit Blåvand Zoo, the Tirpitz museum or historic Blåvandshuk Lighthouse, where you can enjoy magnificent views across the North Sea and the impressive surrounding landscape.

Tolles Ferienhaus, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist gemütlich und der Whirlpool einladend, um sich nach einem Tag am Strand zu erholen. Es liegt ruhig im Wald, kaum Durchgangsverkehr, perfekt für unseren Hund.
Wenn man genau hinsieht, kann man manchmal sogar Rehe im Garten stehen sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit.
