The approximately 50 sqm apartment is located in a well-maintained thatched roof house, situated on the 1st floor. It features a bright, tasteful living/dining room (with flat-screen TV, HiFi system) with an integrated kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave), and a large dining area.
From there, you have a wonderful view over the village pond, as the room has two large window fronts. Next to the living area, there is a bedroom and a bathroom on the 1st floor. A Sylt staircase (very steep ascent/descent) leads you to the attic, where there is another bedroom for two people.
The apartment has a south-west balcony located peacefully towards the garden.
A free parking space belongs to the apartment, and a washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the building (for a fee). Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is centrally located in Wenningstedt right by the village pond. Bicycle and hiking trails start right at the front door.

Es gab drei Mängel, die bereits bei Bezug der Unterkunft vorlagen:
1. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche wackelt und muß fixiert werden.
2. Das Licht im Bad hat wahrscheinlich einen "Wackelkontakt". Manchmal ging das Licht bei Betätigung des Schalters nicht an.
3. Der Duschvorhang sollte wieder einmal gereinigt werden.
