With approximately 75 sqm, it features a bright living-dining room with access to the west balcony. The apartment has one bedroom with a box spring double bed (180x200cm) and another bedroom with a single bed that can quickly be transformed into a comfortable double bed.
The newly designed bathroom with a generous shower has a window. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and more complete the extensive kitchen equipment.
The apartment includes a flat-screen TV, a sound system, and free Wi-Fi access. The west-facing balcony is modernly furnished. The common room has a washing machine and dryer available for a fee.
