The Annex next to St Johns consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, fridge with icebox, kettle, toaster, dining seating for three people, and sitting area with TV. There is a double bedroom serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio and off-road parking available. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 0.2 miles, pub and beach in 0.5 miles, and a lake and river in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc.
