Die Lage ist einmalig. Alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar (Einkauf, Restaurant).
Das Licht im Wohnraum war defekt und Lüftung und Licht am Dampfabzug ebenfalls. Parkmöglichkeit sollte besser gelöst werden!
