Cozy 53 sqm apartment, perfect for four people, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (NOT accessible to disabled guests).
The property is located in Grado, known as the Island of the Sun, a beautiful lagoon town famous for its beaches and quaint historic center.
Its residential location makes the town center and the beach a short walk away. The accommodation comprises a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony. National Code: IT031009C2M5ELDRR2 The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa, TV (with Sky and Sky Calcio) and a pull-out double bed; - KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, moka pot, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet; - BALCONY (accessible from the living room and bedroom) with a coffee table, outdoor armchairs and chairs, and a sink. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (split in the living room), independent heating, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer. Guests also have access to a terrace and an internal courtyard (used as a bicycle storage area), both shared with other residents. The main beaches are the Costa Azzurra, close to the center and a Blue Flag beach, and the large, well-equipped G.I.T. beach.
From the seafront and the Nazario Sauro dam, you can enjoy spectacular views of the lagoon, which can be explored by boat, passing by islets and casoni (fishermen's huts) up to the evocative sanctuary of Barbana, a pilgrimage destination.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Appartement kurzfristig gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Innenstadt und auch der Strand sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Gegend ist recht ruhig. Das Appartement ist sehr schön ausgestattet, es war bis auf den Geschirrspüler, der gerade repariert wird, alles wie beschrieben.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Zentral Lage und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Von dort aus kann man den Strand sowie die Innenstadt fußläufig schnell erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief perfekt und ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Unterkunft waren in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Grado bin.

Het appartement is ruim en licht. De bedden zijn prima. Het grote balkon is heerlijk om s avonds te zitten. De ligging is fantastisch: in een rustige wijk op 5 minuten lopen van het gezellige centrum. Wij waren met de fiets dus de afsluitbare fietsschuur was heel fijn. De badkamer is matig: een te kleine douche met in de ochtend een riool stank.
