Dogs can be accommodated in selected ground floor rooms upon prior arrangement. We charge €12.00 per day for this.

In the mornings, we pamper you at breakfast with Hochland Rösterei coffee, Samova organic tea, freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice, freshly prepared egg dishes, homemade jams, and many other delicacies, while the 'late riser's breakfast option' allows you to start the day relaxed.

Whether it's a leisurely walk on the nearby beach or through the heathland by the Wadden Sea, a bike ride, or a shopping trip down the nearby 'Whisky Street.' Every corner here has its own charm. Terms and Conditions
The room prices include the overnight stay per room including breakfast, the statutory VAT, and the use of our wellness area.

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2 PM.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11 AM.



Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed room reservation, we can only waive the sending of a cancellation invoice if we are able to rebook the room for the entire duration of your original booking.

The cancellation fees are 50% 12 weeks before arrival and 80% from 8 weeks before arrival.

Even in the case of changing the arrival or departure date as well as illness, the costs for overnight stay/breakfast will be charged (according to the recommendations of the professional group in DEHOGA).



Rights and Obligations from the Guest Accommodation Agreement:

The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room is ordered and confirmed or, if confirmation was not possible for time reasons, made available.
The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract is concluded.
The innkeeper (hotelier) is obligated to compensate the guest in the event of non-provision of the room.
The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price in the event of non-utilization of the contractual services, less the expenses saved by the innkeeper (compensation for booking with breakfast = 20%).

The innkeeper is obliged in good faith to reallocate unutilized rooms to avoid losses as much as possible.
Until the room is otherwise allocated, the guest must pay the amount calculated according to item 4 for the duration of the contract. Price changes subject to VAT changes reserved.



Dispute Resolution Procedure
The entrepreneur is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
