The indoor space is arranged as follows: LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, dining table, and access to the balcony; KITCHEN with electric hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchen utensils; BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, and access to the balcony; BEDROOM II with bunk bed, desk, and wardrobe; BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC; BALCONY with access to the private garden; PRIVATE GARDEN with table, barbecue, and outdoor shower. FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, electric heater, two fans, washing machine in the garage, mosquito screens, clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Guests also have access to an outdoor parking space and a shared area to store bicycles. PLEASE NOTE: No heating (only one electric heater available). No A/C (two portable fans available). There is a step to access the garden. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. It was clean, had a beautiful little garden for a meal in fresh air in the morning and afternoon, had a comfortable kitchen, an outside shower, and a good location in general. You felt like a local while still being close to supermarkets and the beach.

Nice cosy apartment, partially North-facing, with a shaded parking space, so cool in the heatwave, 10 minute walk from the sea front in a quiet neighbourhood. Appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (but a proper teapot would have been nice), the ample wardrobes and white sheets in the bedrooms as well as a very large balcony. Given the sort of stay, the 10.00 am check-out time was too early.
