The bedrooms consist of a super-king size with en-suite bathroom, king-size with en-suite shower room, and twin with en-suite shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, along with off-road parking for one car, with ample roadside parking available. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.9 miles, pub in 0.1 miles, and river in 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Moorhaven is a lovely base for a Devon getaway. Note: Logs for woodburning stove provided by owner at 5 GBP per bag. Note: Dogs are permitted in the kitchen/dining area only. Note: owner open to enquiries about second, small, well-behaved dog.

Magnificent with the only problem being parking. The conversion is to the highest quality and standard. The three ensuite bedrooms are ideal and provide great comfort. This is a perfect example of holiday accomodation designed to provide a holiday with great comfort.

The property itself was great, and had all the facilities and comforts we required. The only difficulty was the parking. Sometimes we could get two cars in front, other times the neighbours made this difficult. However, this was not a major problem. I noticed an earlier review was very critical of the accommodation, and I think this was most unreasonable.
