Gweryl Lodge is a Georgian style, detached house situated near the coast in Conwy, North Wales.
This gorgeous two-storey property sleeps eight people across four bedrooms and comes equipped with ample off-road parking and wall-mounted gas fire – perfect for a family or team of friends to enjoy! Stroll by the magnolia tree and through the porch entrance to enter your new nook where the toasty gas fire and Smart TV will have you gliding across a diamond tiled floor to reach the sitting room.
Assist the chef from the breakfast bar in the white high gloss kitchen, where an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle stand ready to serve.
Tall windows spotlight the dining table, your culinary creation taking centre stage, in the dining area.
For those sun-filled evenings, why not sizzle up a BBQ in the side garden? A stylish first floor shower room with separate first and ground floor WCs will help prepare you for bed.
Exposed stone walls, timber beams and a freestanding bath waits to charm you to sleep in your choice of king-size, double and twin bedrooms.

Gweryl Lodge consists of a kitchen with a electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a dining room with bookcase and board games, a sitting room with Smart TV and gas fire, king-size with free-standing bath, a king-size, a double with free-standing bath, a double, and a ground floor twin, along with a first floor shower room and separate WC and ground floor cloakroom with WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed wraparound garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and off-road parking for 3 cars, with space for more cars in free car park nearby. Travel cot available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Gweryl Lodge is a charming base for your Wales adventures. Note: Please keep main driveway clear as there's an additional property access beyond. Note: Multi-levelled garden. Note: Narrow driveway drops down to the front garden. Note: A few steps up to ground floor bedroom, please take care.
