Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan area, where you can unwind in the sitting room in front of the Smart TV and the warmth of the woodburning stove.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delightful meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table, providing a sociable space for all to gather.
Step into your own slice of serenity in the private garden, a tranquil retreat with a lush lawn and a patio outfitted with stylish furniture, perfect for leisurely alfresco meals.
And for the ultimate indulgence, sink into the bubbling hot tub under the night sky, where relaxation meets stargazing bliss.
When it's time to rest you'll find four bedrooms split over the first and second floors.
On the ground floor is a family room with a bunk and single bed, as well as a twin room.
Upstairs, is a well-appointed double and single.
Servicing these rooms is a bathroom and a shower room which help make sure everyone is catered for without causing any morning rushes! Durham Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with dining seating, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, ground-floor twin, single, and ground-floor family room. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC and shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is a private garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub and off-road parking. Two small/medium well behaved dogs welcome at £30 per pet. Sorry, no smoking. Wherever your exploration takes you, enjoy all this with a stay at Durham Cottage. Note: The garden is not fully enclosed.....Please note: This property can only accept bookings on either a Friday or Monday. This property is subject to a £150 pre-authorisation security/damage deposit upon arrival which is arranged directly with the owner.
