Tower View Number 34, a welcoming caravan resting in Pevensey Bay, East Sussex.
This coastal abode is ideal for families or friends, featuring proximity to the beach, the South Downs National Park and a socialable open-plan design.
Park the car and step into your new coastal caravan.
Upon entering, you will be met with a welcoming open-plan space consisting of a well-appointed kitchen, cushy dining area and welcoming sitting area.
Fire up the gas hob to create a delicious spread for the whole family.
If your cooking skills are limited, opt for the combi microwave/oven to assist with a tasty snack.
Pull out a stool or take a seat on the fitted corner seating as you tuck into your meal to fuel you for the day.
After plates are cleared, tuck away the dining table to allow more space, and pick a spot on the corner sofa, flick on the Smart TV and enjoy a film whilst being warmed by the gas fire.
After the sun sets, freshen up in the compact shower room, with a separate WC and basin in the cloakroom, to ease the queues.
Take your pick from two twin rooms or a double, or if you want you want to listen to some music as you sleep, opt for the sofa bed in the sitting area, with the benefit of the Smart TV.
In the morning, brew a coffee with the coffee filter at hand, which can be enjoyed in your garden area, equipped with seating for alfresco dining and a barbecue for some grilled goodness.

Tower View Number 34, consists of a open-plan living space with kitchen with gas oven, grill and hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, coffee filter, kettle, and toaster, a dining area with seating and sitting area with Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a double, and two twins serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower and basin and cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside there is a non enclosed side garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, off-road parking for 1 car and a swimming pool and restaurant onsite. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.6, a pub, and within 0.8 miles a beach. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and no pets allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Tower View Number 34, a lovely base for your coastal escape. Note: There are two steps up to the property. Note: There is a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements only. Note: There are day passes available for purchase for the swimming pool.
