Protaras Villa 1494 is a new, spacious and modern villa just 5 minute's walk to Green Bay Beach, a Blue Flag beach with white sand and crystal clear blue water.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet with a shower.
The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa with chez long, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances and Nespresso machine.
The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, a second double bedroom with en-suite shower and a twin bedroom with two large single beds which is also en-suite.
