An elegant 60 sq m apartment for 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building with lake views and a garden in an elegant setting.
The apartment is located within the magnificent Villa Maderni in the Spina Verde Park.
Guests have access to a large garden with a panoramic infinity pool, tennis court, barbecue, picnic area, playground, and private parking space.
The center of Como is a 10-minute drive away.
The main amenities are a 5-minute drive away. REGIONAL CODE: 013075-CIM-00659 NATIONAL CODE: IT013075B42MKLNWBL The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs, wardrobe, split air conditioning, and access to the patio/garden (step access); - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, dining table and chairs, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, and kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, coat rack, wardrobe, split air conditioning, and access to the patio/garden (step access); - FULL BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, toilet, and washing machine; - UNCOVERED PATIO (accessible via steps from the bedroom and living room) with tables, chairs, two umbrellas, deckchairs, and a large garden; - SHARED POOL (accessible via steps) free of charge for guests, with umbrellas and sun loungers; - SHARED TENNIS COURT (bookable with the caretaker); - SHARED BARBECUE (bookable with the Caretaker). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: private entrance, split air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Reserved outdoor parking space. PLEASE NOTE: - The shared garden, swimming pool, barbecue, play area, and tennis court are shared with other residents and guests of the Villa. - The swimming pool is open from May to October, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; - Steps to access the patio/garden from the bedroom and living room; - Raised shower stall; - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Check-in is available in self mode (self check-in). We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
The payment of the tourist tax is required for the first 4 days.
The amount is 3 Euros per day per person.
Disabled people are exempt. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). The Villa is in a panoramic position and is located within the protected natural area Parco Regionale Spina Verde, a few kilometres from the centre of Como and Cernobbio, very close to the Swiss border and only 45 minutes from Milan. The main services such as restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarket are only a 5-minute drive away in the Monte Olimpino district. It is recommended to arrive by car as the area is not served by public transport.
In high season it may be difficult to find available taxis.
The nearest bus stop is about 2 km away, the Como San Giovanni station is 7.4 km away.

Beautiful apartment with spectacular views over Lake Como especially the pool area and staying here was a highlight of our trip! It’s a bit too far to walk back up from the centre but we always walked down okay and got taxis back up, i wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I ever come back to Lake Como thank you for everything

Parkplatz abgeschlossen.
Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Wifi und TV haben nicht funktioniert. Kein Mobilfunkempfang beim Gebäude. Das ist extrem bitter weil man im Urlaub auch die nächsten Schritte und Ausflüge planen möchte. Auch mehrmalige Rückfrage per Mail und WhatsApp + Anrufe dazu blieben ohne Rückmeldung.

Fantastische locatie, schoon en rustig. Goede prijs/kwaliteit. Snelle en duidelijke communicatie met host.
Zwembad is helaas pas vanaf mei open (ipv april volgens de omschrijving)
Let op: geen WiFi. 3G/4G/5G bereik is zeer beperkt. Veel mieren en spinnen in de slaapkamer.
