Well connected to the city center, it’s the ideal choice for those who want to combine comfort, nature, and convenience. The interior space is arranged as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, oven, and kitchen utensils), double sofa bed, dining table, and A/C split; - SLEEPING AREA with double bed, TV, and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, washing machine, bidet, and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket WiFi (1000 GB per month), heating with heat pump, air conditioning via split (in the living area), clothes rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Private garden area reserved for guests. PLEASE NOTE: a flight of stairs is required to reach the apartment entrance.
