This cozy holiday home home sleeps two and is centrally located in the popular seaside resort of Zoutelande.
From this property, you're just 300 meters from the beach, which boasts the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands.
The surrounding area is therefore perfect for relaxing with beach recreation and water sports.
Hiking and cycling through the nature reserves in the hinterland are also possible.
There are beautiful walking and cycling routes past unique farm shops and pick-your-own gardens.
Just 200 meters from the house, you're in the heart of Zoutelande's village center, with its diverse shops, terraces, and restaurants.
All the tourist attractions in Walcheren, such as Domburg, Veere, Vrouwenpolder, and the capital, Middelburg, are easily accessible by car. Small but mighty: that's what this holiday home is all about.
You enter the living room, where you'll find a double sofa with a television and a compact dining table with two chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, a Senseo coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, and an electric kettle.
Also on the ground floor is the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find a large bedroom with two single beds (80x200).
There's also a chest of drawers and a clothes rack for storing your clothes.
The kitchen leads to the south-facing garden.
The holiday home is situated at the back of a house's garden, but the garden is separated by a fence and therefore very private.
Garden furniture is provided.
Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed.

Er is parkeergelegenheid voor de deur maar die mag niet gebruikt worden wel parking +/-500m verder parkeerplan niet duidelijk
Geen verwarming op de badkamer is wel nodig!!! Wij in februari geweest koud en nat
Vocht in de muur, tocht via de ramen....

Es hat alles gut gepasst. Die Betten sind super. Das Häuschen ist gemütlich, die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Nur die Treppe ist arg gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Wir waren im Winter hier. Es war ruhig und nicht so voll. Eine erholsame Zeit.
