Valverde is situated at 570 meters above sea level and enjoys a mild climate throughout the year.

It is the main road and hiking trail hub for accessing the rest of the island, just a fifteen-minute drive from the airport and twenty minutes from the main port.  The most popular bathing areas in the municipality, such as La Caleta, Tamaduste, Charco Manso, and Timijiraque, are also nearby, as are the other two towns on the island, El Pinar and Frontera, all within a short distance.   THE ACCOMMODATION   The house features two floors, comprising three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two terraces: one located on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor.   The ground floor consists of a large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room.

On the first floor, there is a terrace with views and two bedrooms with single beds.   IMPORTANT!!! The number of bedrooms used will depend on the number of guests.

If there are two guests, they can use the double bedroom on the ground floor.

If there are three guests, two bedrooms will be available: one with a double bed and one with two single beds.

The same applies if there are four guests.

The third bedroom can be used if there are five or six guests.   The property offers Wi-Fi internet access with good coverage, primarily on the ground floor, as well as a flat-screen TV, outdoor patio furniture, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer.   The kitchen has a toaster, a kettle, a gas stove, a large refrigerator and freezer, a juicer, a microwave, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
