A splendid 106 sq m apartment, comfortably accommodating up to 5 people, located on the third and fourth floors of a building without an elevator.

ATTENTION: -Building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access); -Internal staircase to the apartment to reach the living room and terrace; -Slightly raised shower box; -Quiet hours: 22.00-8.00. *Please note that there may be noise from the nearby railway line due to the passage of trains.* The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs if possible, if there are no other guests leaving/incoming.

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The lighting period and the daily duration of lighting depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations. Giardini Naxos Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from 8 December to 23 March. Great apartment, looked exactly like the pictures. It was near a free beach and the bus to Taormina. The only thing we did not like was the stairs to the apartment, they were very steep.
There is only AC in the bedrooms and gets hot in the rest of the apartment.

The location is really good, restaurants everywhere, bakeries and shops. Nice beaches 3 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is big, has two terraces and two bedrooms, the space is comfortable and light. The only disadvantage is noise, from the road beneath, mainly motorcycles and from the train, who passes near the second bedroom, although at night it stops.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Dachterasse mit Meerblick ist sehr schön. Das einzige Manko ist, dass die Unterkunft direkt an den Bahnschienen gelegen ist. Bei vorbeifahrenden Zügen ist es recht laut und man merkt die Erschütterung.
