The cost is R$15.07 per cycle (wash and dry), payable directly at the time of use. Note: It is MANDATORY to send in advance a photo of each guest with a white background for release or access.

People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the site. ⚠️ Separate the organic waste from recycling, dispensing them into different waste bags. ⚠️ Use the entrance and the service elevator when you are carrying bagages or bathroom clothes. ⚠️ When you leave the apartment, check that all electrical equipment is disconnected.

By defaulting on this item, the owner will be able to deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am.

If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, consult availability. ⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bathroom linen per guest.
