Welcome to Casa Alpina, in the heart of La Thuile, Valle d’Aosta.
A typical mountain apartment, cozy and comfortable, immersed in the tranquility of an alpine village.
Ideal for those seeking relaxation, nature, and ski slopes just minutes away.
Breathe in the fresh air and experience the magic of the Alps! 🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION 🏡 Cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with a bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends.
The sofa bed in the living room 🛋️ offers space for 2 additional guests. 🚿 The bathroom has a shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped 🍽️, including a dishwasher for maximum comfort. 🌄 Outside, a small terrace awaits you to enjoy the alpine landscape with a coffee or a nice glass of wine 🍷. 🚗 There is no private parking, but you’ll easily find a spot nearby.
And once inside, you’ll immediately realize that the apartment’s comfort makes up for every extra step! For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop! 🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions. 🔑 Check-in & Check-out • 🕒 Check-in: from 15:00 • 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE? Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: service is subject to availability. • ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40 • ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50 🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS • Bed linens and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked. • Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag. • Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper. ⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food is provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee). 🧾 TOURIST TAX • Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days. • Children under 15 are exempt. • The tax is not included in the booking price. ♻️ WASTE SEPARATION • Please respect local recycling rules. • At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage. • Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied. 🐾 PETS WELCOME! • We’re happy to host your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation (ONLY SMALL PETS). • Additional cost: €30 per stay. • In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, charges will apply.
