Our 125 sqm and 65 sqm terraces complete this exceptional experience.
We ask that you respect our house rules, which are designed to ensure a luxurious and comfortable experience for all our guests.
All house rules are detailed below: - Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00 maximum.
This is because we need to be able to clean the property for the next guests who like you will want to come in from 16:00 and no later. - Smoking is ABSOLUTELY forbidden. - It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts or ashes on the floor of the terraces, in the swimming pool or other places. - Rubbish must be disposed of according to the instructions posted on the fridge in the house.
Outside you have rubbish bins of each colour according to the rules of the town hall of Dolores.
The rubbish bins are left outside in the street so that the rubbish can be collected in the morning. - Furniture may not be moved from the house to other parts of the house. - Remember that it is not allowed to make noise outside after 23:00 so as not to disturb the rest of the neighbours. - Remember that any stains on towels, sheets and other textiles such as sofas, carpets, etc. will be charged from the deposit. - Be careful with plates, glasses, etc....
