A modern and spacious studio apartment located in a purpose-built development in the heart of Newcastle city centre. Just a 2 minute walk from the main attractions, shops, and restaurants, it offers the perfect base for exploring the city. The studio features a fully equipped kitchenette, contemporary bathroom, high-speed WiFi, and all the essentials for a comfortable and affordable stay. Please note: We manage a number of studios in this building - The unit represents our typical studio, however this layout may differ slightly.

Please note: We manage a number of studios in this building - The unit presented represents our typical studio, however this layout may differ slightly.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay, and can also make use of communal facilities.

As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the road outside the building. It's just a 5 minute walk to Newcastle Train Station, with rail links to the rest of the UK. The main coach station is just around the corner from the accommodation.
