The beautiful, freshly renovated and fully furnished holiday flat is located on the ground floor of the "Haus am Apothekengang" in the centre of Bad Bevensen in the spa zone 1.
You can reach the pedestrian zone, the iodine brine spa, the spa gardens, the hiking trails along the Ilmenau and the beautiful and varied forest around Bad Bevensen in just a few steps.
The doctors' surgeries, pharmacies, post office, church, railway and shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.
Nevertheless, the flat is located in a completely quiet cul-de-sac on Rosengarten Street.
The small entrance staircase leads you through your front door into the hallway of your flat, where there is a large cloakroom with shoe rack, a mirror and a chair, as well as an intercom system to the main entrance door of the house.
From there you enter directly into the living room with a comfortable couch, two armchairs and many other pieces of furniture to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
