This detached bungalow is situated in a very quiet location on the edge of the forest in a residential estate. The house was built in 1965 and last renovated in 2017.
With a living space of approx. 46 m², this accommodation offers enough space for two adults and two children. The living area has a corner sofa, a coffee table, a satellite TV and a lovely fireplace for colder days. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and toaster, leaving nothing to be desired. You will find a dining table with seating in the hallway. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 metres wide) and a bunk bed for two people (0.90 metres wide). The bathroom features a shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine for free use and a hairdryer. Heating is available in all rooms of the house except the kitchen.
The landlord has divided the large property with a fence, so that it is detached on approx. 800m². A terrace with garden furniture invites you to linger. Cars can be parked free of charge in two private outdoor car parks. A maximum of two pets are welcome.
Please note that this is a non-smoking house. Since winter 2020 you can use a garden sauna. Exclusive use possible by arrangement with the landlady.
Bad Elster with its new brine bath, many other spa treatments and a grocery store is only three kilometres away. The nearest town centre with train station is 800 metres away.
