Bed en bank waren uitstekend, beiden boxspring. Mooi uitzicht op Rheingrafenstein door de bomen heen. Fijn overdekt terrasje.
Verkeerslawaai van 4 uur s‘ochtends tot ‚s avonds laat. Onvolledige keukenuitrusting. Kapotte kastdeuren, muffe lucht in de flat, terras was niet schoon, toiletpot zat los. Rolluik zat vast, diverse kapotte lampen in verlichting. Smerige volle asbak met peuken op terras.
