The flat is located in a house with 6 holiday flats on the ground floor.
The flat is located in the upper Seestr. in 17429 Seebad Bansin. Your holiday accommodation has a combined living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The bedroom has a double bed. You can store the clothes you have brought with you in the wardrobe.
Take a seat at the dining table with 3 chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, coffee machine, fridge, toaster and kettle. There is a TV with satellite connection in the living/sleeping area and the bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
There is central heating.
You are welcome to use the communal coin-operated washing machine or tumble dryer.
You can easily park your car in a parking space in the courtyard.
A communal pavilion is available for you to enjoy the outdoors.
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you, but they must be kept on a lead.
There is a wooded area nearby where he can let off steam. On the property there is a fitness room newly equipped in 2022 with fitness equipment made for our premises by the company L+K from Rinteln, including a 4-station tower, leg lifts, calf raises in a sitting position, bench press machine, flat bench and dumbbell set up to 20kg, ergometer and an infrared cabin.
Sport free ! In the outdoor area there is a seating area which is often and gladly used. The flat has been newly renovated.
You are welcome to use our in-house gym after personal instruction. The front of Haus Anna is on Seestraße, at the back are the car parking spaces and the Fischerweg.

Die Ferienwohnung ist frisch saniert und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos und der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Five nights spent here felt just right. Comfy single beds and a shower that worked well set us up nicely after long days out. Enjoyed breakfast each morning, which was an unexpected bonus! A lovely garden area provided a quiet place to relax afterwards.

Aankomst was laat, maar de kamer was rustig en volledig voor ons voorbereid. We waren onder de indruk van hoe eenvoudig het was om samen te koken in de keuken en dit aan tafel te delen. De sauna was een fijne verrassing die we elke avond gebruikten!
