A corridor from the living room leads to the bedroom with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds) and a large built-in wardrobe. Continuing along the corridor to the right is a washing machine and a bathroom with shower.

Situation & environs
Our holiday home is only 300 metres from the beach and is surrounded by numerous pine trees. The town centre is within walking distance and during the summer months numerous concerts and cultural events take place on the promenade. Given the many interesting leisure activities offered by the town, it is not easy to decide whether to go out or stay comfortably at home with your own garden.
Approximately 1,000 metres from the flats north of 'Marina di Castagneto', guests have access to a private property with a botanical trail and seating areas, as well as changing rooms, toilets, water, sun loungers and parasols and access to a free beach.
Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Costa degli Etruschi, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port of departure for the island of Elba. Marina is a beautiful and peaceful village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea. From Marina di Castagneto Carducci you can visit some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).

Sehr schöne Wohnung ganz in der Nähe des Zentrums. Unsere Wohnung war perfekt mit Hund, da man unseren Teil mit einem Tor absperren konnte. Spülmittel und Toilettenpapier und Strandhandtücher sollte man aber mitbringen.

Schöne Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Privater Parkplatz mit Liegen und Sitzplätzen im botanischen Garten, 10 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, direkt am Strand.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Wir haben sogar Kinderbetten und Kinderstühle für unsere zwei dreijährigen Kinder vom Vermieter erhalten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Man ist schnell zu Fuss am Strand bzw. mit dem Auto am schönen privat Strand. Einkaufen mit dem Auto im Supermarkt im Nachbarort war auch unkompliziert.
