Beautiful fully renovated detached villa with large private pool - welcome to Casa Velazquez! Our holiday home is located in Torrevieja, a fishing village in Alicante.
Just 10 minutes from the busier city life, in the quiet neighbourhood of El Chaparal, you will find our newly renovated holiday home.
At the back there is a very spacious terrace with private pool measuring 13m x 5m.
The house sleeps eight people: two double bedrooms and one extra-large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.
In addition, there are two bathrooms, completely newly installed kitchen with all comforts (including dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc...), spacious lounge, dining room, veranda, storage room with washing machine.
Within walking distance there is a shop, pharmacy, bakery, newsagent, bank and you will also find several restaurants.
A supermarket, hospital and the famous salt lakes are only 5 minutes away by car.
The city centre of Torrevieja with many shops, restaurants and the fishing port can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car, as can the beaches of Torrevieja, Guardamar or La Mata.
The cosy villages around Torrevieja, such as Montesinos, Guardamar and Orihuela are also definitely worth a visit! Almost every day there is a market nearby.
Within an hour's drive you will find many other attractions such as the gardens of Elche, the city of Alicante and Murcia, the beautiful port of Santa Pola, touristy Benidorm, the beautiful castle and the waterfalls of Guadalest.
If you opt for a car holiday, you will reach us from Brussels after about 1950 kilometres, by plane from Brussels you will be at Alicante and Murcia airport in 2h30min approximately, where you will find numerous car rental companies.
Several airlines fly to Alicante: TuiFly, Ryanair, Vueling, SN Airlines, Iberia.

Sehr schöne modern eingerichtete Location in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Mit dem Auto ist man rasch am Meer oder kann den Einkauf im nahen Mercadona oder Carrefour tätigen. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Hemos pasado una semana como si hubiésemos estado en nuestra casa. Los niños han disfrutado muchísimo de la piscina. La casa está muy bien equipada y no le falta de nada. El único inconveniente que yo le veo, son las escaleras para bajar a la habitación de abajo, creo que debería de tener una baranda para que los niños suban y bajen con más tranquilidad para los padres.
